We deliver the standard 20L sealed drinking water bottles — the same ones you get from your local supplier, but with doorstep convenience.
Yes — you can cancel an order yourself within 15 minutes of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched, for a full refund. Choose an instant credit to your AquaCart wallet, or a refund to your original payment method (5–7 days). After that window, or once it's out for delivery, contact support.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay, and our in-app AquaCart Wallet.
