01Licensed at the source
We buy only from FSSAI-licensed plants supplying brands we can name. No unbranded refills, no anonymous tankers, no exceptions.
02Sealed before it leaves
Cans are factory-sealed at the plant and stay sealed through our warehouse and into the vehicle. Nothing is decanted, topped up or repacked along the way.
03Checked at your door
Your delivery partner shows you the cap and seal before handing the can over. You see it intact before you accept it.
04Refuse it, no argument
Seal broken, cap damaged, anything at all that looks off — turn it away at the door. It's replaced or refunded, and you don't have to make a case for it.

Which brands do you deliver?
We currently carry Bailley, Finllie and Fisher Aqua, and we're adding to the range. Every can is the brand's own factory-sealed 20L can — you choose the brand in the app, and that is the brand that arrives.
How is this different from my local water supplier?
Two things. First, provenance: we only carry named brands from FSSAI-licensed plants, delivered factory-sealed, and the seal is shown to you before you accept the can — you always know exactly what you're getting. Second, everything around the water: a fixed schedule you control, free delivery on subscriptions, in-app payment and refunds, and a support team to escalate to if something goes wrong.
Is the water quality tested?
The water is produced and tested by the brand at an FSSAI-licensed plant, under the licence that brand holds — we don't repackage or process it. Since January 2026, packaged drinking water is a high-risk category under FSSAI rules, so producers must test both source and processed water at NABL-accredited laboratories. Our responsibility is the chain after that: we keep cans sealed in storage and transit, and your delivery partner shows you an intact seal at the door. If a seal is broken, refuse the can and it's replaced or refunded.
What size bottles do you deliver?
Standard 20L sealed cans, in the brand's own packaging.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. We're closed on Sundays.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2 hours of order placement. Actual time may vary based on your location and demand.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel an order yourself within 15 minutes of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched, for a full refund. Choose an instant credit to your AquaCart wallet, or a refund to your original payment method (5–7 days). After that window, or once it's out for delivery, contact support.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay, and our in-app AquaCart Wallet.
How does the subscription work?
Choose the days of the week and time slot you want water delivered. We'll automatically create an order and debit your wallet on each scheduled day — and delivery is always free on subscriptions. Skip or pause anytime from the app.

We currently serve selected pincodes in Bengaluru and are expanding. Open the app and enter your pincode to check.
