01Licensed at the source
We buy only from FSSAI-licensed plants supplying brands we can name. No unbranded refills, no anonymous tankers, no exceptions.
02Sealed before it leaves
Cans are factory-sealed at the plant and stay sealed through our warehouse and into the vehicle. Nothing is decanted, topped up or repacked along the way.
03Checked at your door
Your delivery partner shows you the cap and seal before handing the can over. You see it intact before you accept it.
04Refuse it, no argument
Seal broken, cap damaged, anything at all that looks off — turn it away at the door. It's replaced or refunded, and you don't have to make a case for it.

Which brands do you deliver?
Bisleri, Bailley, Finllie, Fisher Aqua and Royal King, with more being added. Each is the brand's own factory-sealed 20L can — pick the brand in the app, and that's what arrives.
How is this different from my local water supplier?
We only deliver named brands from FSSAI-licensed plants, factory-sealed, and the seal is shown to you before you accept the can — so you always know what you're getting. You also get a schedule you control, free delivery on subscriptions, in-app payment and refunds, and support if anything goes wrong.
Is the water quality tested?
Yes. Each brand produces and tests its own water at its FSSAI-licensed plant — we don't repackage it. Since January 2026, FSSAI rules require testing at NABL-accredited labs. We keep every can sealed through storage and delivery, and your partner shows you an intact seal at the door; if it's broken, refuse it for a replacement or refund.
What size bottles do you deliver?
Standard 20L sealed cans, in the brand's own packaging.
What are your delivery hours?
8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Closed Sundays.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within 2 hours of ordering, depending on your location and demand.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 15 minutes of ordering, before it's dispatched, for a full refund: instant credit to your AquaCart Wallet, or back to your original payment method in 5–7 days. After that, or once it's out for delivery, contact support.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking via Razorpay, or your in-app AquaCart Wallet.
How does the subscription work?
Pick the days and time slot you want. We create the order and debit your wallet automatically each scheduled day, and delivery is always free. Skip or pause anytime in the app.
