By accessing and using AquaCart's website and mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access

3. Service Description

AquaCart provides water delivery services in serviceable areas of Bengaluru. We reserve the right to limit service to specific areas and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Placement

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorize the payment.

5. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
  • Delivery is made to the address provided by you
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you

6. Returns and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement for a full refund. After 30 minutes, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Product Quality

AquaCart guarantees that all water products meet quality standards. If you receive a defective or contaminated product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Provide false information
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems
  • Resell our products without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

AquaCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved through mutual discussion or arbitration in Bengaluru.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
